We’re looking for a proven content creator and community hunter to help drive targeted traffic to NeverEndingWeekends.com. This is not a social media manager role focused on growing our own accounts — instead, your job is to create shareable content and get it in front of the right audiences via Facebook groups, student networks, and partnerships.
Your Main Objective
Get more 16–33 year olds in the PH and Indonesia to visit and engage with NeverEndingWeekends.com by:
- Creating engaging, relevant content
- Sharing content in high-traffic Facebook groups
- Outreaching to group admins, influencers, and youth organizations
- Forming smart, no-cost partnerships that open access to new audiences
- Understanding and clearly communicating the mission of the platform
Responsibilities
- Create content (text, visuals, basic video) to be shared in:
- Facebook groups
- Meta and X (Twitter) ads (you don’t need to run the ads—just create the content)
- Instagram and X posts
- Blog posts that speak to young people and inspire engagement
- Research and identify communities, schools, student orgs, recruiters, and influencers
- Create outreach messages and pitch partnerships that align with our mission
- Actively track traffic generated and suggest new ideas to boost growth

Compensation
- Base monthly salary (to be discussed)
- Significant performance-based bonuses tied to traffic and sales growth
