Target Audience: Experienced WordPress developers comfortable working across multiple client websites, themes, and plugins — with an eye for clean code and performance.

We’re looking for a WordPress Web Developer who can confidently take on website builds, site maintenance, plugin integrations, and light troubleshooting across multiple sites.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple sites at once, and know how to navigate between visual builders (like Elementor or WPBakery) and custom-coded themes. Bonus if you’ve worked with automation tools or CRM integrations before.
Your Main Objective
Support the OperationsX team and our clients by:

Building and maintaining responsive, fast-loading WordPress websites

Making content updates and UI tweaks in visual builders and/or code
-
Troubleshooting plugin conflicts, layout bugs, and speed issues
-
Helping connect WordPress sites with forms, CRMs, or automation tools
-
Ensuring mobile optimisation and clean, well-documented code
Responsibilities

Build new pages and sections using Elementor, WPBakery, or custom themes
-
Implement plugin-based features (e.g., booking forms, CRMs, LMSs)
-
Manage updates and backups
-
Troubleshoot performance, layout, or plugin issues
-
Collaborate with designers and operations team to bring site updates to life
-
Optimise websites for mobile, SEO, and speed (Core Web Vitals knowledge is a plus)
You Are…
-
Experienced in WordPress, both frontend and light backend
-
Comfortable with HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP (you don’t need to be a full-stack dev)
-
Familiar with visual builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.

Able to implement solutions quickly, cleanly, and without bloated plugins
-
Tech-savvy and curious — you know how to debug issues and test solutions

Reliable, responsive, and focused on delivering high-quality work
Bonus If You Have…

Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) or automation tools (Zapier, Integromat)

Knowledge of LMS plugins (LearnDash, TutorLMS, etc.)

Familiarity with SEO basics, caching, and performance optimisation tools

Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones
Compensation
