    Admin Virtual Assistant

    Target Audience: Admin Virtual Assistants with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence managing data and navigating platforms (especially CRM and CMS tools)

    Work Type: Remote | Full-time or Part-time | Long-term with Growth Potential


    We’re hiring a detail-driven Admin VA to support our operations team with reporting, communications, data management, and platform navigation.

    This role is for someone who’s comfortable working with tools and systems, not just doing data entry. You’ll need to be organised, tech-savvy, and proactive — someone who gets things done, keeps everything in order, and can confidently navigate CRM, CMS platforms, and reporting tools.


    Your Main Objective

    Support the Operations X team by:

    • Managing and updating reports

    • Navigating CRMs, CMS tools, and online platforms

    • Responding clearly to client and team communications

    • Keeping data and documentation well-organised and error-free


    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data trackers

    • Organise files and maintain up-to-date documentation in Google Drive

    • Respond to client and internal communications (email, Slack)

    • Navigate and update CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, or similar)

    • Support light updates or entries in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)

    • Monitor key metrics and flag unusual trends or gaps

    • Keep SOPs and processes organised, and suggest improvements


    You Are…

    • Exceptionally organised and reliable

    • Confident working across multiple platforms and tools

    • A proactive communicator with strong written English

    • Comfortable navigating and learning new systems quickly

    • Detail-oriented — you take ownership of accuracy

    • Familiar with Google Sheets or Excel, and know how to troubleshoot when formulas break

    • Preferably experienced with a CRM (HubSpot) and CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)


    Compensation

    • Monthly retainer based on experience and availability

    • Performance bonuses for delivering clean, on-time results

    • Long-term opportunity to grow into Operations, Data, or Client Support roles
